PRELIMINARY INFORMATION

Room reservations depend on the payment of a deposit representing at least one night. The balance must be paid 1 week before the start of the stay.

 

Article 1 Purpose

This contract is intended exclusively for booking stays in bed and breakfast rooms. Our guests will receive the best possible welcome. The owner undertakes to personally welcome guests with all necessary attention to make their stay easier.


Article 2 Duration of stay 

The customer signing this contract, concluded for a fixed duration, may in no case claim any right to remain in the accommodation.


Article 3 Reservation and conclusion of the contract. 

The reservation becomes effective once the customer has transferred a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay to the owner, with a minimum of one night per booked room. Prices include all charges.


Article 4  Cancellation by the customer

Any cancellation must be notified in writing or by email to the owner's address. 

  1. Cancellation before the start of the stay: cancellation is free of charge if it takes place more than 5 days before the start of the stay; the deposit paid to the owner will be refunded. If the cancellation takes place between 5 days and 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner. If the cancellation takes place less than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner and the owner reserves the right to claim the remaining amount of the accommodation costs.
  2. If the customer does not arrive before 8:00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival, this contract becomes void and the owner may make the bed and breakfast rooms available again. The deposit remains with the owner, who reserves the right to claim the remaining amount of the accommodation costs. 
  3. In the event of a shortened stay, the full accommodation price remains due to the owner.


Article 5  Cancellation by the owner

If the owner cancels the stay before it begins, the owner must inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by email. The customer will, without prejudice to any legitimate claims for damages, be reimbursed immediately for the sums paid.


Article 6  Arrival and departure 

The customer must arrive on the specified day between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. In the event of a late or delayed arrival, the customer must inform the owner as soon as possible. Departure must take place before 11:00 a.m.


Article 7 Breakfast 

Breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. A margin of half an hour before or after this time slot is acceptable on request from the customer.


Article 8 Payment of the balance 

The balance must be paid 1 week before the start of the stay. Consumptions and extra services not mentioned in the contract must be paid to the owner on the day before departure.


Article 9  Tourist tax

The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner, who then transfers it to the tax authorities. This tax is already included in the price.


Article 10  Use of the accommodation 

The customer must respect the peace of the location and use it as intended. No meals may be eaten in the rooms. The customer undertakes to leave the rooms in good condition and to report and repair any damage caused. The entire house is non-smoking.


Article 11 Capacity 

This contract is drawn up for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, including babies, the owner may refuse extra guests. This refusal can in no case be considered a modification or termination of the contract on the owner's initiative, so if a number of guests greater than the refused number leave, no refund can be considered.


Article 12  Pets

Pets are not allowed. If a customer leaves because their pet is refused, no refund can be granted.
